Leasehold Coverage
Each tenant is entitled to a leasehold interest in the private, 10-acre estate of Hale Kawaikapu which extends more than 900 feet from the road to the shoreline. This estate encompasses not merely the house and cottage, but also an expansive lawn, a horse pasture and a pristine garden of coconut and palm trees embellished by lush Hawaiian foliage.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The House
The house is fully equipped with modern appliances (including a microwave, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal) together with a color TV, complete kitchen facilities, linens, towels, etc. Barbecue equipment and beach lounges are also available. This rental can accommodate six guests comfortably and is rented nightly for a minimum of three nights. $150.00 per night for double occupancy; $20.00 per night for each additional guest.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The Cottage
Similarly equipped (except for a dishwasher and clothes dryer), the cottage can accommodate four guests comfortably and is also rented for a minimum of three nights. $120.00 per night for double occupancy; $20.00 per night for each additional guest.
Additional
Rates are subject to a 4% State tax, payable in advance. A discount of 10% is granted for a stay of two weeks. Lower rates are available for longer stays. A deposit of $450.00 for the house and $360.00 for the cottage is required as the payment of advance rental to hold a reservation; the balance of the rental plus a $150.00 refundable security deposit is payable two weeks in advance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
